The duties of La Fiorida s.r.l. regarding the Protection of Personal Data

PRIVACY INFORMATION

1 - The holder of personal data
The holder of personal data, who is also responsible for its treatment, is "La Fiorida srl Via Lungo Adda 23016 Mantello (SO)"

2 - Use of data
Personal data, whether supplied directly by you to "La Fiorida s.r.l." or otherwise acquired by us in the course of our business activity, and in compliance with the laws and contractual obligations, shall be used by us, in manual or electronic form, and only for such purposes. These can include all the activities prescribed in Article 4, comma 1 letter a) of Legal Decree 196/2003. In each case, the data will be used as the law decrees.
The supplied data can only be used in relation to fulfilling the reciprocal obligations of contractual relations made with yourselves and, therefore, to meet the needs and necessities of contractual and pre-contractual relationships, as well as for operational reasons and to carry out internal management, communications, marketing and promotional activity.

3 - Means of data use
Processing of the data for the purposes described will be carried out, primarily, by automated and computerised means. Data will be processed for all of the purposes outlined in article 4 comma 1 of Legal Decree 196/03 and for those that are necessary, including notification to those entities listed in paragraph 4. In the case that you are cannot agree to your data being used in this way it will be impossible for our business to have any type of contractual relationship with you. Handling of data furnished by you will take place using suitable tools and devices and storage, management and transmission facilities in such a way that your privacy and protection will be guaranteed. Personal data relating to you will be processed in a lawful and correct manner. They will be gathered and recorded for the purposes outlined above. They will be updated, if necessary. They will be held and processed for the complete duration of our contractual relations and even afterwards for the fulfillment of all legal requirements as well as for future commercial purposes.

4 - Communication of Personal Data
The personal data can be communicated to:
1. a business, entity or consortium which provides data-processing services to our organisation or which works for or with us;
2. those whose right to see your personal data is recognised in law or under regulation or community rules;
3. authorities in their role of satisfying the law.

5 - Rights of the user
The rights of the interested party are recorded in article 7 of Legal Decree 196/03. The rights include, in particular:

- The right to get confirmation of the existence, or not, of personal data about them.
- The right to obtain information about the source of the personal data, the purpose it is being used for, the way it is being used, the logic applied in cases where the data is being handled electronically, the identification data of the data-holder, the subjects to which the data can be communicated.
- The right to have the data updated, corrected, erased, changed into anonymous form or blocked.
- The right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data.
- The right to object to data used for the purposes of sending publicity material, making direct sales and carrying out commercial communications.

We politely ask you to inform our offices speedily of every change in your personal data so that we can fulfill article 11, letter (c) of the above-named law which requires that information is accurate and, therefore, updated.
