Our specialist farm shop in which we sell our own products offers a very traditional Valtellina welcome to its customers: from the bar area, complete with fireplace, where you can taste our produce to the stone dairy "Casera" which is used for seasoning cheeses in the traditional Valtellina way.

If you want a welcoming and informal atmosphere in which to try out cheeses and other diary products from an organic farm, as well as cured hams and other meats, then this is the ideal location. You can take a break and learn about the food and drinks we produce in the traditional Valtellina way. Opening hours: 8.00-19.30 every day (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

  • Our products

    We make our own Valtellina Casera DOP cheese, Scimudin cheese and, amongst the other Fiorida dairy products, Primizia, Frisa Alpino, Primo Sale, fresh and seasoned Ricotta and butter.

 
  • The Calech rural restaurant

    Capable of seating 50 people indoors, and as many again outside, the 'Calech' is the ideal place to make a stop and have something to eat.

The Fattoria Didattica (Educational Farm) with its training of workers and activities for schools. The farm becomes a big open air workshop.
