Quality first and foremost.

Let us give you just two examples of our top quality produce. There is the warm milk from the first milking of the day which is turned by our dairy workers Sergio and Bruno into cheese, our fresh young ‘latticini' cheeses and other traditional Valtellina dairy products. Then there are the best cuts of meat which are offered by Stefano, our livestock produce specialist, an expert in making a range of cured hams based on the recipes of our grand-parents.

Our gourmet standard meals are served in four different rooms, each dedicted to a different season of the year - Sala Estate/Summer Room, Sala Primavera/Spring Room, Sala Autunno/ Autumn Room and Sala Inverno/Winter Room. And the laundry, the mill, the press and our warm wood-lined ‘stube' create a totally different atmosphere in each room.

The delicious scents and rich traditional tastes of the kitchen are all there to be discovered in our various menus - whether ‘a la carte', the traditional menu, the vegetarian options, special evening themes, the buffet, working breakfasts or the ‘vital' healthy menu.

And, enhancing the flavours of our food, there is the wide choice of the fine wines of the Valtellina.
