In accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) we inform you that any data freely given by yourself will be processed by La Fiorida S.r.l. Società Agricola Azienda Agrituristica Valtellina (hereinafter referred to “La Fiorida” in the interests of brevity) as representing the Owner for the purpose of personnel recruitment using traditional or automated methods. Your data will not be distributed or disclosed except to authorised parties as they undertake instrumental and practical activities in order to achieve the aims in question (e.g. companies that manage the information systems and website). The data will be stored for around a year. The provision of data is not obligatory, however failure to provide the same will not allow the Owner to perform the activities necessary for the selection of personnel. Finally we remind you that pursuant to Article 15 and in accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of data which concerns yourself, to obtain an indication of the origin and purposes and methods of processing, updating, correction, integration of data as well as the deletion of data processed in violation of the law or in the case of reasons specified in article 17 of GDPR. In addition you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority should you believe that the rights listed here have not been recognised. NB: If your Curriculum Vitae contains special categories of personal data (such as, by way of example, affiliation to a protected category and more generally data on the health of the candidate), the latter may be processed by La Fiorida for purposes established in the advisory note, only with prior written authorization for the processing of sensitive data, which must be included in the CV. Lack of authorization will make it impossible to proceed with the selection process.
