We have about 250 pigs on the farm, including 22 sows and 3 boars. The piggery is divided into different sections depending on the age of the animals. Feed is made from a base of whey, produced on the farm from the manufacture of milk. We add barley, maize and other meals.
Our dairy produce is enriched by having this meat-processing capacity on hand. We have our own specialist butchery on the premises.
