This design allows visitors to have memorable insights into the traditional business of cheese production in Valtellina. Guided tours and written explanations on all the processes are available.
Our Valtellina Casera Origin Protected Cheese is recognizable by the number 084 stamped on each cheese wheele.
Dairy production takes place in the morning so we suggest that visits take place between 7.30 and 12.00.
