À la carte choices are available every day, except for Sunday lunch and public holidays.

For Sunday lunch and public holidays, we offer the Le Nostre Radici Menu: celebrating the richness of our land and our farm’s finest products.

The Restaurant’s Rooms: An Experience in Harmony with the Seasons

Ristorante Quattro Stagioni offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, designed to create unforgettable moments throughout the year.

Primavera (Spring) Room: Offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, particularly enchanting in spring. Light blue furnishings and an antique millstone evoke the charm of a spring afternoon.

Estate (Summer) Room: Dominated by shades of green, this room welcomes guests with the soothing sound of water flowing in the washbasin. The large glass window provides a panoramic view of the Retiche Alps, creating a magical atmosphere.

Autunno (Autumn) Room: With deep burgundy furnishings, an old wine press, and wooden beams, this room exudes a warm and inviting ambiance. The frescoes on the walls, depicting traditional crafts, enhance its nostalgic charm.

Inverno (Winter) Room: Dedicated to the Michelin-starred restaurant La Preséf, this room offers an intimate and sophisticated setting for a truly unique dining experience.

From the Land to the Plate: Our Sourcing Philosophy

Surrounded by the Alpine valleys and Lake Como, we are part of a land rich in traditions and flavors. We collaborate with local producers who share our passion for excellence, bringing to the table extraordinary ingredients such as:

  • Heroic winemaking from Valtellina: Valtellina Superiore DOCG, Sforzato DOCG, Rosso di Valtellina DOC, and Terrazze Retiche IGT.
  • Stone-ground local flours from buckwheat and rye, supplied by Il Granè farm.
  • Eggs from the Uovodiselva woodland farm.
  • Trout and char from Pescicoltura Malenca, raised at 1400 meters in fresh mountain waters.
  • Truffle from the Costiera dei Cech.
  • Valtellinese saffron.
  • Game from the Alpine valleys, such as Val Lesina and Val Gerola.

Each ingredient tells the story of a unique territory and its people, preserving tradition through our commitment to sustainable and authentic cuisine.
