Day Program
Morning Departure
- Meet and transport the bicycles up to 1500 meters.
Guided Tour
- Mountain excursion with a guide to Alpe Stavello Hut (almost 2000 meters altitude!) – duration about 1h 30 minutes.
Lunch at Alpe Stavello Hut
- Selection of local salami and cheese (local salami from our donkeys and other locally produced salami and cheese).
- Main dish with polenta taragna and a mix of veal stew and donkey braised meat from our animals.
- 1 glass of wine.
- Homemade dessert.
- Coffee and amaro.
Afternoon Descent
