Within the restaurant, the deep connection between the cuisine and our land is expressed. Each dish tells a story of traditions, slow gestures and deep respect for the rhythms of nature and is prepared with raw materials from our farm and small local producers, who share our passion for quality. Excellent ingredients come from selected suppliers in the Alpine valleys and Lake Como: wines from the heroic Valtellina viticulture, local buckwheat and rye flours, eggs, saffron, truffles, mountain trout and char, and game.

Every day at lunch and dinner, with the exception of lunches on Sundays and holidays, the Quattro Stagioni Restaurant offers a wide selection of genuine dishes and typical Valtellina recipes, cooked with products and raw materials from our farm and accompanied by a selection of the best local and Italian red wines and craft beers.

Exclusively for lunch on Sundays and holidays, a special short-chain menu is available, drawing on products from La Fiorida's farm and crops to bring to life peasant dishes typical of Valtellina cuisine with an authentic flavor.

The rooms of the Four Seasons Restaurant convey our idea of warmth and welcome at the table among antique furniture and wooden elements inspired by tradition, fostering an atmosphere of conviviality and harmony. Four rooms, four different seasons.

  • Spring Room, with heavenly furnishings, spectacular mountain views, and an old Valtellina millstone.
  • Sala Estate, dominated by greenery and the sound of water flowing in the washhouse, the windows framing the Rhaetian Alps.
  • Burgundy-colored and old-fashioned Autumn Room, with an antique wine press, wooden support beams and frescoes of traditional crafts on the walls.
  • Winter Hall, designated for the La Preséf starred restaurant and its high-end culinary experiences.
