Where to canoe near the Fiorida
Canoeing and rowing is possible in the Adda River, Lake Como or Lake Novate Mezzola, a very short distance from Fiorida. A water sport that can be tackled by anyone who can swim, with the required preparation varying depending on the route chosen.
Both Lake Como and Lake Novate, at the mouth of Valchiavenna, can be reached in about fifteen minutes by car from our facility: there are facilities and schools here that offer the canoeing experience and provide suitable equipment. Along the Adda River, which runs through Valtellina from the mountains above Bormio to its discharge into Lake Como, there are several navigable stretches suitable for boating, perfect for a refreshing day out.
