Our services for your stay

We guarantee room delivery from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Early check-in (by registering documents) prior to arrival allows us to carry out all the steps quickly, without creating waits.

Our staff will be happy to accompany guests to their rooms and will remain at your complete disposal throughout their stay: simply call the front desk (dial 9 on your phone) or use the WhatsApp chat at 344 0571213.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.

Depending on availability it is possible to request a late check-out, for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can still continue to enjoy our services by depositing your luggage at the front desk.

Payment by credit card or cash is accepted.

Payment by wire transfer is only possible with credit (value date) before the check-in date.

In the morning, breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on the ground floor of the farmhouse.

It is possible to request breakfast in the room.

Restaurant service is available for farmhouse guests, with reservations required in order to best serve all those who choose to lunch or dine at the Quattro Stagioni restaurant.

Restaurant hours

Lunch: accommodation from 12:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Dinner: accommodation from 7:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

Available to guests staying overnight at the Fiorida, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. are included in the room rate:

• The large swimming pool (75 square meters) heated to 29° C;
• The solarium and outdoor garden;
• Technogym fitness room.

Use of a swimming cap is required inside the pool.

The Path of the Senses (with sauna, bio-sauna, whirlpool and relaxation loungers) is available only upon request, with prior reservation, for a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes, during the following time slots: 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon - 1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.

We understand that there may be unforeseen events prior to arrival or during the stay: therefore, we offer our guests the option to cancel the reservation, but reserve the right to calculate cancellation charges according to the cancellation terms below.

Cancellation terms should be understood to be individual i.e. applied to each room booked.

Booking conditions

We ask you to fill out the the following form with the details of a credit card to guarantee the reservation on which we can make a pre-authorization or bank transfer (of varying amounts depending on the season and length of stay), simultaneously with the confirmation.

We do not accept payment by check.

Preauthorization

It is a verification and guarantee system adopted by hotel facilities worldwide to verify the veracity of credit cards provided by guests at the time of booking.

It consists of a temporary freeze, a freezing of the blocked amount, which does not generate any kind of bank movement on the customer's bank account because it is not accounted for. However, since banks do not recognize the difference between this transaction and an actual purchase, it is possible to receive a message to this effect from your bank.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.

In case of cancellation or reservation changes made 2 days before the scheduled arrival date, the first night will be charged. For later cancellations, the full amount of the stay is charged.
In case of no-show and in case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
