La Fiorida is the mountain farm in the heart of Valtellina that combines tradition and innovation, in an alpine setting where nature is the protagonist. Here live cattle, pigs and goats, raised with love and passion and the most modern animal welfare technologies. Thus are born genuine products that preserve the authentic and pure taste of good things made as they once were.





A story of love for animals and the land
La Fiorida is the story of the family of Plinio Vanini, the founder, who began caring for animals as a child until, in 1983, he realized his dream of creating a small farm in the mountains. That small business would later move to the bottom of the Valtellina valley and, with the decisive contribution of the family, grow to become today's La Fiorida: a very modern farm but always anchored in tradition and territory, an integral part of a unique Agri Relais in the entire Alpine arc.



A circular and virtuous production model
We have always adopted a philosophy of zero-kilometer production and reduced environmental impact: we raise animals by guaranteeing them optimal living conditions in ultra-modern facilities, we cultivate the land with respect for nature, and we process raw materials ourselves with our cheesemakers and charcuterie makers. All products are born here.
Authentic goodness for your table
Milk, cheeses, meats, cold cuts and fresh produce: all our excellent products are destined for the table. The raw materials become the ingredients of dishes made in La Fiorida's restaurants, and the products are sold at the company's Bottega and also online.
