Farmhouse and starred restaurant: our food between tradition and innovation
Food is also an integral part of the experience at La Fiorida. Our idea of cuisine is based on the same values of the farm - tradition, nature, territory - and on the raw materials we produce. Milk, dairy goodness, fresh and cured meats, and fruits from our farming and cultivation activities, combined with other ingredients provided by selected local producers, form the basis of each of our dishes.

We like to call our cuisine "meter zero," because there are really only a few steps that separate the environments where raw materials are born from the kitchens, where chefs transform them into the dishes that are served on the table. This vocation to the short supply chain allows us to offer unique gastronomic experiences, from breakfast to lunches to gourmet dinners.

The La Fiorida farmhouse restaurant offers the best of lake and mountain cuisine within a typical and refined setting: Valtellina specialties, lake fish dishes, special tasting menus, vegan and gluten-free alternatives. Traditional recipes prepared with local ingredients.

La Preséf is La Fiorida's restaurant, awarded a Michelin Star and the Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, where to embark on a food and wine journey to discover the flavors and cuisine of this land, masterfully presented by chef Gianni Tarabini and his brigade.

Chef Gianni Tarabini has been able to take advantage of the unique characteristics of our modern farm to rediscover and actualize Valtellina's gastronomic tradition, developing a culinary proposal that has made La Fiorida the first Michelin-starred farmhouse in Italy.
