We kindly remind you that your room will be available from 3:00 pm on your arrival day and will be have to be left by 11:00 am on your departure day. Upon request and according to our availability, you will have the chance of keeping your room until 04:00pm on departure day with a small integration fee of Euro 40,00.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Small pets are welcome at La Fiorida with a small integration fee of Euro 50,00 for final cleaning expenses.
Our wellness centre is open every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you and give you all the necessary information about the massages and treatments available.
You can book beauty treatments, massages, aromatic baths, hay baths and milk baths before your arrival.
Swimsuits, swim caps and slippers are compulsory in the wellness centre: should you forget anything, these items are available for sale at our wellness centre desk.
Our wellness program for the kids
Every day there is an ideal time for well-being and for the family and, our program, wants to help adults and children to enjoy the SPA experience in the best way.
From 0 to 14 years, entry is allowed to the pool heated to 29°. The height is 130cm, the length is 15m.
9.00am – 11.00am and 2.30pm – 3.30pm
Guided pool for children (only on saturdays and holidays, as scheduled) from 03 to 10 years
On Saturdays and holidays, children can stay at the Wellness Center only by booking the GUIDED SPA, at our reception. From 3:30pm until 4:30 pm. An adult is required.
MOMENT OF SILENCE (reserved to adults) from 11:00am until 2:30pm and from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
For children younger than 3 our kitchen staff will be happy to prepare vegetarian broths, baby food and pasta upon request. Kids from 4 to 10 years old get a 50% discount.
TERMS FOR CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSITS
We know that unexpected events can happen before or during your stay but we reserve the right to set and charge the cost of cancellation in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
Cancellation terms apply to each and every individual room booked.
Deposit due upon confirmation of your booking
Low season: a valid credit card or a money transfer equivalent to one night’s stay is required to secure your booking
High season: a valid credit card or a money transfer equivalent to your whole stay is required to secure your booking.
Checks are not accepted
If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 9 days before date of arrival, the price of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The full cost of the stay will be charged in cases of early departure.
